Goal-specific progressive training programs tailored to you.
With ShowStealer Pro you get more than a 55- minute training session. My entire philosophy of training is based on finding the ways I can support and positively enable my clients. Every time that we meet, I will present you with a workout specific to a path that will help you attain your goals.
Extended service training is a time based progressive program that includes access to live training sessions, workout plans for home or travel, cardio recommendations, nutrition counseling and advice, and assessment tools. It is a total support system to help you attain your fitness goals. Extended Service training packages are currently available in three month, six month, and 50 week timeline.
Per session training packages give you access to live personal training and expire 1 year from the time of purchase. Additional services, such as travel programs, food journal analysis, and diet and nutritional counseling are available on a per service basis. The cost is one session or an additional fee of $100 per service occurrence.
Do you like being active with friends? Small group training programs are available for groups of four to ten individuals. Programs generally last ten weeks and meet twice per week. Choose from existing programs such as Hard-Core, our total core conditioning program, or Circuit Circus Boot Camp, a total-body fitness conditioning workshop. Other popular programs include Ripped Mass, an intensive fat shredding, lean muscle building program for Men, and Swimsuit Shape - Up, a fat burning, muscle toning, core conditioning class designed specifically for Women.We can also design a program specific to the needs of your group. From athletic training with your teammates from the recreational league to enhance your sports performance to functional training with your friends from book club to strengthen your core and reduce common back pain, ShowStealer Fitness has a program that's perfect for you.
